As we reflect on our first year we couldn’t be more proud of the impact we think we’ve made towards our community! In our first year of business we were able to donate multiple beauty services to 22 people in need of a little love! We made charitable donations to the Mercy Branch, and hurricane victims! We donated gift certificates for our services to Adding Candles, The Story of Hope Comfort Care, and Big Brother Big Sister Foundation. We assisted a single mother in purchasing a first vehicle for her son! We made contributions to the Appalachian Wildlife Refuge to help save the animals! And last but not least we donated trainings for lashes and microblade to 7 different aspiring artists free of charge because they deserved it!! We are very proud of the impact that we are able to make and year one and we look forward to making even bigger strides as we continue on in this beautiful business and industry!
But most of all we give every peice of our heart to every person we touch! Our goal is making women feel beautiful not only by her face but through conversations that are had in the salon and the relationships that are built. My name is Cara Francisco and I have been a part of the beauty industry for almost six years. My passion for the beauty industry began as a little girl playing with eyelashes and lipstick and all things in between. I am a licensed cosmetologist. I am Master certified in classic eyelash extensions, as well as handmade volume fans by lavish lashes. I am also certified in microblading by beauty mark brow. I love what I do because it does not feel like “work”. The relationships I build with my clients make me feel like I am visiting with an old friend at every service. Not to mention, it warms my heart to see the happiness in the eyes of my clients as they see their new eyebrows or lashes for the first time. I truly enjoy gifting eyebrows to those who have lost theirs due to diseases such as cancer or alopecia. I also take pride in giving back to my community by participating in events such as SHE as BeYOUtiful, where we gave free makeovers to women who are extremely deserving yet never have the time to do for themselves because they are too busy taking care of others. As a licensed Esthetician since 2010, Kaitlyn understands the nature and appreciates beauty. Her goal is to help every woman boost her confidence through services as well as the relationships built in her treatment sessions. She is a master lash technician as well as an expert in microblading eyebrows. She is beginner and advanced certified with both Xtreme Lash and NovaLash. She is certified with microblading with Everlasting brows. She is blood born pathogen certified through red cross. She is certified with Organic Permanent Makeup in eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, and scalp micro pigmentation.She is also certified in permanent make up correction and removal.Her love for her family, friends and colleagues has made her want to help others feel beautiful, in their own skin. She also takes pride in giving back to her community. She does so by hosting events and giving away complimentary head to toe make overs to women in need, she has given away TONS of complimentary eyebrow microblades to women who have under gone treatments for chemo, she raises money for breast cancer awareness and research every year and she has BIG plans to give back even more in the upcoming years!!! •Lash Extensions
-Individual false lashes that are applied to your natural lashes with adhesive to enhance the length, thickness, curliness, and fullness of your natural lashes. When taken care of properly lash extensions last anywhere from 2-4 weeks before needing to be filled.
•Waxing
-Hair removal from the root. Any facial waxing, under arm wax, leg wax or arm wax.
•Lash Lifting
-A semi-permanent treatment to create a long lasting curl to straight lashes. It is a treatment to lift and boost your natural lashes. A lash lift can last 4-8 weeks.
•Lash Tinting
-Lash tinting gives you long lasting drama by giving them a dark mascara look for weeks without the smudging, running, clumping, or daily fuss of applying mascara. Lash tinting lasts 2-4 weeks.
•Brow shaping & Tinting
-A customized brow wax accompanied with semi-permanent brow tinting to enhance color, shape and thickness of the brow. Brow tinting lasts a few days on the skin and 2-4 weeks on the hair.(585)-414-8874
