Deposit/ Cancellation Policy: 

 

We must hold a card on file to secure appointments. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please call or text the salon (voicemails are acceptable) to cancel or reschedule appointments.

 

Due to the timeframe recommended between appointments, pre-booking is highly recommended to all clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment, please note that the longer time frame between appointments may increase the pricing for eyelash fill. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations, if less than 24 hours is given, or a tardy/ no-show occurs, there will be a charge of 50% of service. Due to high volume of bookings and the importance of having enough time for each client service, if you are more than 15 to 20 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule.

 

S.H.E. Salon reserves the right to discontinue services to clients who regularly reschedule, cancel, or no-show to appointments.

 

Deposits are required to book a full set of eyelash extensions, microblade, permanent make up, microneedling, hydra facial, fibroblast plasma skin tightening. We ask that you give 24 hours notice before canceling an appointment. If less than 24 hours is given before canceling an appointment, or a no-show occurs, or a client is more than 15 minutes late, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Full set of lash extensions: $75 

Microblade: $125

Permanent Makeup: $125 

Microneedling: $50

Hydrafacial: $25

Fibroblast: $125

 

Company Policy : 

 

All children must remain outside of the treatment areasand must be accompanied by another adult. Please secure childcare prior to your lash appointment, as your eyes must remain closed at all times.
