There aren't enough words to express my admiration and gratitude to Kaitlyn at S.H.E Salon. This gorgeous young mom took her precious time and used her amazing talent to not only give me my eyebrows back after cancer/chemo, but to leave me in awe of her strength, determination and amazing grace. Kaitlyn did this for me free of charge, as she has done for so many others. She brought me to tears when she thanked ME for being able to give back. I STILL am surprised every time I look in the mirror, Kaitlyn-thank you for giving me back my face:-)
I’ve been going to get my eyelashes done since the salon has opened and the service has always been amazing. Recently I went and had my eyebrows done and also had an amazing experience. Kaitilyn took the time make sure I felt comfortable and liked the shape of my brows. She was patient in drawing and redrawing them they way I wanted and asked me multiple questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The prices are fair and the staff is awesome!!!!!
This girl not is only the sweetest girl on the planet, but she’s amazing at what she does!! One treatment and I have eyelids again with no surgery!! Thank you Kait Lyn and SHE salon!! I will be back
Not only does SHE have the most talented artist and creators in the business but they also remember self love and care. The entire space is charming and uplifting and all of the service areas private, clean, and comfortable. You can’t put a price on how you will feel when you walk out the door.

I have been seeing Kaitlyn since I moved to rochester NY a few years ago. I have never seen lash work as precise as Kaitlyn's. She is a perfectionist and extremely talented. I had a lot of questions and she was able to fully explain everything and ease my worry.
absolutely LOVED my experience at SHE!!! I have a 5 month old baby, I have been feeling not so beautiful lately so I decided to get microblading done! I was really nervous but once I walked into this salon or should I say ZEN BUILDING, I was so relaxed! The waiting room smelled so amazing and calming, the atmosphere was just so comfortable! I would honestly pay to just sit in the waiting room with the aromatherapy and music and take a nap in the couch! Kaitlyn was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and beautiful! Initially, I started coming to Kait to get my brows waxed. Then she convinced me to look into the mircoblading and sure enough, I got it done. Since then, I haven't been able to pass a mirror without looking at myself. She has boosted my confidence levels so much. Everything her salon stands for is absolutely beautiful. Kait is extremely talented and amazing at what she does. She goes beyond the services she performs and makes sure that every client turns into a friend. Cara made me feel so comfortable, I brought in pictures of my dream brow and she matched it Cara is very confident in her work and uses her best judgment on what will fit each of her clients faces. She made sure I left feeling beautiful. She answered all my questions about the healing process and is a lovely person!

Coming from a girl who doesn’t wear make up often, I never really thought of getting anything done such as Microblading. My sister had amazing results and talked me into trying it. Kaitlyn could talk about skin care all day long! She is very educated and passionate. She keeps up with the beauty industry while owning a professional salon. She always makes you feel at home anytime you get a service done!
This is an amazing salon to go to! The atmosphere is very homey. I went in yogas and a hoodie and never felt more comfortable. The girls here are beyond professional and take pride in there work. The work alone shows that. I am beyond impressed with everything . Can’t wait to continue to return here.
